I arrived little after 8am, the welcome phrase was "it will take a couple of hours, do you want to wait?” they looked busy and okay, I understand and so I wait. I came to this place for a coupon that came by mail, this coupon said synthetic oil change, free tire rotation and a free 21-point inspection . An EMPLOYEE HERE IS EXTREMELY RUDE! me and my father went there to ask about a noise our tire was making, employee who’s name i must have misheard, walked up to my father looked at him and said that the tires were too bald, there were two nails in the tire and he refused to even acknowledge us after he walked away. over overcharged on Parts they charged me 10 times the value for parts $1,300 for parts from front end of my car
