Friendly knowledgeable staff who all wear smiles.
I had a great experience at Total Therapy. The staff was both professional and friendly - and were sincerely interested in me accomplishing my PT goals. I really liked their ap with my “exercise prescription” on it (which included videos). I feel well equipped to do my own exercises so I can continue to improve.
The staff is always friendly and professional. I especially want to thank Jay, who recognized immediately that the diagnosis that sent me for therapy was incorrect and told me not to do treatment until I had been evaluated by an orthopedist. He was right and when I came back, we worked on the right problem.
The most caring physical therapists with a WiDE variety of exercises so it never gets boring to go there!
I was very pleased with the whole staff at Total Therapy. Very kind and very encouraging to not only me but others around me. I would highly recommend them for physical therapy needs.
