My husband had me drop off our gaming laptops for a deep cleaning when I walked in the front desk was so nice and polite and then Luis was super great to work with. I had no idea what my husband wanted so I just handed him my phone so they could talk. Luis was so kind and nice, he did a fantastic job! Seriously we were taken care of to the max. Hard to imagine a worse "computer repair" experience. If you want to waste your time and overpay someone to give your computer back to you more broken than it was when you dropped it off, these are the guys for you. Service so bad the only thing you can do is laugh.

Luis is the man! I spent a pretty penny assembling parts for a small form factor gaming pc. I'm somewhat experienced in building, but the small form factor proved too complex for my tiny brain. Rather than cramming everything in there and potentially ruining my expensive components, I brought it to Total Techs. Luis regularly checked in with updates, and he finished my project beautifully.
