This company is an absolute scam. They charged me for services not rendered, when I asked for a statement showing services they sent me a word document (hello - their accountants). However, because they ARE not lawyers they created a much bigger problem that they could not handle and rather than refer me to an attorney - they proceeded with services and where I initially started with a minor problem, they created a total catastrophe (over hundred of thousands of dollars). Excellent and very professional service!
I really appreciate Jennifer she is very professional and fast and accurate. I have known her a long time and I can truthfully say I trust her doing my taxes. I used to do my taxes myself but with all the tax changes yearly I feel comfortable with doing my taxes professionally now. I see Jennifer is always up to date with all the new tax information and she shares it yearly any updates anyone might now know. I can honestly say fast response’s. Never had an issue will continue to do my taxes with her and total tax.
