Wasted 2 hours and didn’t get assistance for a scheduled appointment
This place is a scam. You make an appointment at 5pm you don’t go in till 8pm! They take a very long time doing taxes she over books and people get mad waiting. Never coming back.
They don’t even deserve a start at all . Very unprofessional . They set up appointments to not be on schedule with their appointments . I was waiting for 2 hrs . Is tax season they only one female working to file taxes is crazy they should have more workers helping to file taxes
