i love this gym so so much. everyone is so friendly and feels like walking into a second family!! i’m so happy i got to come visit for a ninja warrior competition and i love how they make their obstacles unique every time ❤️ definitely recommend checking it out!!
Master Higdon and Master Glenda are great instructors. The class is not just for fitness but it also teaches discipline, values and character. This helps my kids know how to deal with bullying and also not end up as bullies.
