The one guy there looked at me like I was crazy for walking into a barbershop that says ‘walk-ins welcome’ on the window. Ruined his coworker’s appointment. Also, the availability on the app the barbers use doesn’t align with when they’re actually in the shop.
This was my 2nd visit to Jay and it was as good as the first. Great service, friendly people, highly recommend.
The folks here were really nice and worked with me to try to get my hair close to how I wanted, so i gave them 3 stars as a courtesy… but I will definitely not come back again, as it was easily the worst haircut of my adult life. They did a great job on the sides but completely blundered when it came to cutting the top with scissors. I am going to have to get a second haircut to to try to fix it.
