After the move with Total Moving I expressed a few of my concerns including how some staff were very slow, took long washroom breaks and broke some of our stuff. They even admitted they broke it. When I brought this up with head office and said I would be holding back some of my payment to cover my losses, they immediately told me they’d take me to court. Lol. What? Instead of talking with me to reach a solution they immediately threaten court? Weird.
