Stored my trailer here for a couple months. All the staff were courteous and very helpful, rates were fair. My door popped open on my RV at one point they notified me right away, when I informed them I was out of town, they got the door closed for me and fixed the issue. I had a small issue with one charge, when I emailed them, I received a return email within 2 hours, they apologized for the oversight and reversed the charges. Great customer service, I will be a repeat customer and will highly recommend whenever I can.
Premises are very secure and clean. Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. My belongings were in storage much longer than I anticipated. Trent was my main contact and he was helpful , polite and very accommodating. I highly recommend Total Storage !!
Trent, was very helpful in selecting boxes for out needs.
Had Ian, Devon and Nic come by to take some items to a storage unit. They called before they were coming, arrived on time and were great at communicating with what the job entailed. They quickly made a plan and communicated very well until the job was completed. They were prompt and thorough. I highly recommend this company and these 3 gentlemen.
First class business! We used them for moving and storage. Trent in the office is a gem, premium customer service. The crew that moved us was also top notch. I felt very safe with them in our homes and they were very friendly. Highly recommend!
