This clinic is great!
I am not fond of this office. My son came in with a severe speech delay. The first therapist he was placed with acted prejudice against my son. I had to contact the main office and have him placed elsewhere. Whomever I spoke with agreed that there has been other issues with the first therapist reported and obvious “attitude concerns”. He ended up having a sub therapist for a day. This woman Kulsoom rolled her eyes at my child. I wasn’t notified until after the apt. I’ve had to call the office numerous times for my son. The first therapist he had was prejudice and treated my son poorly. She also would only see him for 15 mins out of his 30 minute sessions. I spoke to the manager and had another therapist assigned. Things went well at first and shortly his appointments would become shorter and shorter. The office has cancelled his apts the last 3 weeks due to holidays and inclement weather. It’s amazing how they teach my daughter. Today was my second day and I have to say that my daughter is saying out words more clearly. I recommend them to anyone who go wants their child to start talking . God bless you all Update!!!!! Am a happy mom. And my husband is a happy dad. Being able to have conversations with our daughter and her expression is so amazing.
