I don't want to give this establishment a bad review but I'm already scratching my head and becoming worried, but today is my child second day and I received a message 30 minutes before the arrival time saying that his BT called off and that means my child wouldn't be able to come to ABA. What? I didn't know that if someone called off my child wouldn't be able to come in, I just started back working and I had to call off because my child couldn't go to ABA, today And, it doesn't help that I'm already nervous, about this plac... read more

I've left several messages asking for anyone to return my call. I believe my son is on the list to get in, but I haven't been contacted back. I've spoken with people from the Central Illinois Autism Association who asked me if I've reached out to Total Spectrum. I let them know they're impossible to reach and they've actually said they've heard that from several people.

My daughter has received ABA through Total Spectrum for several years now. Our BCBA and RBT are wonderful. They take into consideration our priorities for our child, and have helped her accomplish goal after goal. Don’t know what we’d do without them!
