I've left several messages asking for anyone to return my call. I believe my son is on the list to get in, but I haven't been contacted back. I've spoken with people from the Central Illinois Autism Association who asked me if I've reached out to Total Spectrum. I let them know they're impossible to reach and they've actually said they've heard that from several people.
My daughter has received ABA through Total Spectrum for several years now. Our BCBA and RBT are wonderful. They take into consideration our priorities for our child, and have helped her accomplish goal after goal. Don’t know what we’d do without them!
