Always understaffed, they just leave you without a tech with a very short notice and never care or try to find you a replacement.
I had a horrible experience with this company and I am now cutting ties after being given the run around since February now it’s May. Just be honest with parents and tell them you don’t have staff and there is a wait time!
Their website promotes occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA therapy. They have providers that are referring us parents to their services/ place of business all while they do not provide these services. The only thing this place provides is ABA services. So make sure you’re aware of that as a parent so you don’t waste your time!! The woman I spoke with on the phone was very rude and had NO recognition what so over that she wasted my time. My son attends this facility and I am so grateful for this entire staff. They are the entire reason my son even got care as fast as he did. the state coordinator program was awful and didn’t care at all, but this place made it happen! The entire staff is great, but i think my sons therapist are the best but i am biased! 😉
