Where do I start? Unprofessional, lacking of professional communication and the list can go on. We’ve been working with them for almost 2 years and they have gone DOWN HILL TREMENDOUSLY! Miranda is the only professional that I’ve dealt with from start to finish. Do yourself a service and look elsewhere! Yuck!

My family had an extremely negative experience with Total Spectrum, and I feel obligated to warn other parents. In my honest opinion, this center cares far more about billable hours than your child’s actual progress. The turnover rate is the highest I’ve ever seen in any business. Love total spectrum! I've used the Northville location, and the Livonia location. Both are amazing! They always go above and beyond for my child. Everyone is always so friendly, and it's so clean and organized! I'm so thankful I chose Total Spectrum for ABA! 🫶
Always understaffed, they just leave you without a tech with a very short notice and never care or try to find you a replacement.
