I was attending a sleep study with my spouse and I have to say it was the absolute worst. For starters, my spouse was given another person's intake information to fill out by her attendant. The attendant not only ignored my wife's requests for more air in her face mask but physically and emotionally abused her. I was emotionally, verbally and physically abused by the 66 year old female attendant. I live with chronic conditions and need a caregiver with me at all times. The attendant continued to complain about my caregivers presence and him trying to help me. We were following our training to intervene when I'm about to have a seizure or am confused. I highly recommend Total Sleep. From the beginning to the end. The process was easy. My Tech was professional, very experienced, informative, very kind, compassionate. She made me feel heard. She also made sure I was comfortable. The facility was easily accessible. It was very clean. The suite I was in, was hotel style. It had a private bathroom, it was spacious. i was there Nov 30 2025.i was nervous at first but my tech was ROBIN and she was very professional and talked to me about everything that was gonna happen since this was my first time.the rooms was so comfortable.i would highly recommend this place and highly recommend ROBIN for your next visit.
I can smell sounds lol this cpap changed my life! Total sleep is ran stupidly efficient. They are also immensely kind. Jill Sluder deserves a promotion and pay increase. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. 10/10 recommend!
