Showed up for my sleep study at 8:15 PM on September 14th, 2023, as instructed, for my 8:30 sleep study and the technician never showed. Me, and 3 other individuals, were left waiting there for 30 minutes before we were notified that nobody was going to show up that evening and to go home. When I say notified, I mean that I called to find out what was going on myself. I was advised by Crystal, the after hours representative, that I would receive a call from the supervisor, Nicholas Holland, to resolve the issue. He never cal... read more
I must admit that I had negative thoughts about this place at first. From reading the reviews. But I found it very clean,and the technician Nour was extremely professional, attentive, and made the experience a breeze. I would highly recommend this place should you need a sleep study.
