Past customer rescinding a positive review. 2 TSS employees trespassed on my property with a huge excavator 1.2 km causing damage, ripping down barriers and no trespassing signs, I saw them on security cameras. Harassing txt messages followed. Texting I told them that they are on camera!!! I arrived 15 minutes later and they are in my forest still trespassing looking for and stealing cameras, they refused to leave, threats of violence followed, I called 911 and arrested them. I only use Total Site for my Haliburton Highlands cottage septic pumping. They are easy to deal with, always on time and the prices are reasonable.

The older gentlemen who come to do the septic work are exceptional. They are extremely friendly and very helpful. Although, the lady who does customer service answering phones is extremely un professional and childish with how she handles situations and talks about clients.

Had my septic tank pumped on September 30/24. With difficult access and a steep driveway. Todd did a great job in maneuvering the driveway as well as pumping the tank. My rating for Todd is 10/10. Thank you.
