I was rather surprised to see the unfavorable review regarding Andre as he is my sales person and I found him to be thorough, polite and very professional. He spent plenty of time with me explaining my options for my lanai and windows and he explained the process from start to finish. Andre was responsive to my questions even after our meeting at my home, that's why I went with Total Shutter Technologies.
Editted o. 04/02/2025*** Andre just left my home and was extremely rude to my wife. If his behavior is any indication of how you run your business, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Edit*** I spoke with Ken, the owner of Total Shutter. He was very upset over the review and wanted to see what he could do to amend the situation that occurred with Andre.
