This company was hired to complete work in my home ( insurance claim sewage back up.)The owner of Total Restoration Chris authorized work in my home after talking to the insurance company! They took the job and did more damage. Beware of using this company. The owner Chris did not work with integrity. There were a lot of things he did wrong, but my biggest problem is he knocked a wall down in my home and removed the main support that keeps my house structural properly and he did not add a beam for support meaning if a tree falls on my home that entire area could possibly collapse. Great service here. I had a flood in my basement and Chris was on the scene within minutes and did great work. He helped me with communicating with the insurance company. This company is the best hands down!!!
