Wow! Top notch customer service. My occupied rental was without air in 95° heat. My regular HVAC company I’ve used for 11 years that installed my units would not accommodate this emergency. I called Total Services as a new customer and they moved mountains to resolve problem. They went out to the property day-of and repaired next morning! Great communication with the entire staff which was so helpful as I live in NC and could not be on-site. They were highly recommended to me and I recommend them as well. I must be the anomaly here. I agree that they are polite and the technicians are GREAT. And trustworthy too as I’ve left a key behind for them etc. But both my AC systems are out and they can’t get someone to install a part until the earliest Monday, a week after they came for an installation and discovered it was the wrong part (I get that, it happens). They have the part on hand—reviews state how someone is out immediately the next day, yet I have to schedule a time a week out or more for an existing open-repair. Inside te... read more
