My car started leaking a LOT of oil without any warning. Since I live in Garnett and was hesitant to drive far, I called Jim’s shop. He offered to look into the cause of the leak between other jobs. He kept me up to date on how things were progressing. Instead of selling me on a huge and unnecessary repair, he found the actual problem and had me back on the road at a price I could afford.

I cannot say enough great things about Jim and his service. We are from out of town and our son’s car died on the highway. We managed to get it here and I’m glad we did. He absolutely went above and beyond to help get everything fixed. We had a couple of follow up issues that he immediately took care of - one of which he did on a Sunday afternoon. Top notch service.

My husband and I were referred to Jim to fix an issue with our car. From the start, he went above and beyond just by taking our call and explaining everything to us. He was completely open and honest. The only reason we were unable to go with his services was due to my husbands work schedule, so we had to go with a shop closer to us in town , but I will absolutely say the price of the shop we have to go to due to timing issues and scheduling and distance is MORE than what Jim quoted us.
