My husband and I were referred to Jim to fix an issue with our car. From the start, he went above and beyond just by taking our call and explaining everything to us. He was completely open and honest. The only reason we were unable to go with his services was due to my husbands work schedule, so we had to go with a shop closer to us in town , but I will absolutely say the price of the shop we have to go to due to timing issues and scheduling and distance is MORE than what Jim quoted us. We don't live in Garnett and we totally lucked out with which auto repair shop we ended up at. Jim was able to find time to diagnose our issue and even spent several hours with me and my wife on the phone discussing options for repairs in a very open and honest way. I have nothing but respect for him and would trust him to repair my car in the future.
