Total Septic just finished installing a brand-new septic system at our house. Total Septic was great from start to finish. They got it done faster than what they promised and for the original price with no upcharges. All the guys were very courteous and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Total Septic. Dealing with septic problems is never fun, but they did make it as painless as possible.
Dwayne, the owner of Total Septic, is very professional. He returns all phone calls promptly and communicates well with his clients. He shows up on time and explains everything well. Pricing is very competitive. I strongly recommend Total Septic for all septic work.
Dwayne is incredible. Previous home owners did not disclose that the septic was collapsed and within a few months of living here the system would immediately backup into the house with the smallest amount of water, you can imagine the smell and mess that made. I called other septic companies and had trouble even getting them to show up and when they did most either wouldn't take the job because of challenges with replacing the system or would quote ridiculous amounts. They installed our septic over a year ago and were supposed to come back and check and clean it in scheduled increments after the install. It's been a year and we have not seen them. He was super nice in the beginning and promised us we would be happy spending more money for using them, but after the sale has been awful.
