Our reastraunt needed all new cameras and security system. What a professional job they did. There owners and employees are first class. Always on time and professional.
My parents have spent thousands of dollars to have this system installed years back. Every time there is a power outage you have to call a tech back to the house at $125 a whack minimum to get everything up and running over and over again. One time they came for $230 and a week later another power outage, system isn't working. They'll never troubleshoot anything over the phone or answer any questions without sending out a tech. Staff are wonderful!
Terrible, Terrible customer service. Upgraded our system last year for $$7500 (after being with company for 20 years, it was time for the upgrade) and had to upgrade internet. Was told they would come back out to connect the system with upgraded router. NEVER returned my monthly phone call to find out why the system kept failing. Paid the very high annual fee ($3000) for monitoring but couldn't get a phone call returned ALL WINTER. When we arrived this summer, they finally came out to fix the system, charged another $250.
