Executive Summary: Superior response time, solid installation, excellent customer service. We bought a new home with a intercom system already installed. I was not interested in putting in a different system as some other companies in Bronx I talked to had suggested. Never had a company on our vendors list that cover everything. Locks, cameras, access control, internet access, you name it. This is super helpful as I do not need to call around when I have Total Security always available to our calls. So after eight years of using their services, I think it is just fair to review and recommend. Total Security.

I liked the fact that Dave did not try to tell me how bad the previous company I have hired was. He just made me understand that I want Total Security & Camera to do the work, and to his words to do it right, I will need to replace our access control and move to the brand they are working with. I wanted a company that will be able to install intercom system and access control made by Brivo. I called many companies in the 5 boroughs and only Total is licensed to do both. I was afraid they will charge a lot, but I found that their prices are similar to the prices I know. I hired them right there on the spot as we need the job to be done ASAP. Five days later I got Total to hand me the codes once the installation was done. Next level!!
