They do great service work
Slow slow slow. 5 weeks to get one little part. Maybe next time it will be faster who knows.
I called bc my water pump on my 2016 forest River failed. They sent me a manual but never once offered up any advice like “hey all rv pumps are pretty much universal “ or “we’re booked right now but if you swing by I’ll give you the general idea.” Lack of customer service these days are horrible. I wound up calling Tri State RV had the lady answer the phone tell me exactly that. Forest River disappoints yet again.
