I keep coming back. TR Strength and TR Row45 are great workouts. Always a different challenge.
I absolutely loved my first class at Total Row. Frank is a great instructor and really helped me feel at ease. He well-explained the equipment and checked in on me from time to time to make sure I was doing okay. I really felt supported and seen. The studio has a great atmosphere and you're even given a wet cloth and coconut milk at the end of class. It was a first class experience and the staff is so nice. I can't wait for me next class.
