Total Roofing Systems just completed a re-roof of my house. The Company has great claims of Professionalism and Quality. I DID NOT FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE. The first issue that I had was they claim to cleanup everyday after they are finished working. This is only partially correct. They run a magnet around the house, but that is it. One year ago, I hired total roofing from good reviews and we agreed for our roof to be done. After the year, it is still not complete. As the work was in progress was being done we kept calling for a supervisor to come out and there is not supervisor available at any time. We called Juan Martinez, the owner, to tell him about our concerns. He said our roof is complete and claims we don't know anything about roofs.
