I brought my twenty ford eco sport in when the service light came on and I had an issue with the car starting and staying started. They ran the diagnostics and found that the Illinois was bad and replaced that in my evac system. Highway robbery at its finest. My truck had an accident and i called a towing so they can bring it to my yard. Before my tow guy showed up these crooks were there. Even though my tow guy called the police and told them that he was on his way. Long story short, they did not let my tow guy touch the truck or trailer and charged me $11,200.00! I had to pay them cash and that is the ONLY option. I paid $1538.38 on the 08/11/25 to pick my Jeep up after having a lift kit installed, and it turned into a frustrating experience that ended on 09/12/25. When I first picked up my Jeep, it had such a bad wobble it was almost undriveable. I was told by Total Roadside the issue was my brakes and “warped rotors,” but the auto shop I asked to check the brakes quickly confirmed the lift kit had been installed incorrectly and my brakes were fine.
