I paid $1538.38 on the 08/11/25 to pick my Jeep up after having a lift kit installed, and it turned into a frustrating experience that ended on 09/12/25. When I first picked up my Jeep, it had such a bad wobble it was almost undriveable. I was told by Total Roadside the issue was my brakes and “warped rotors,” but the auto shop I asked to check the brakes quickly confirmed the lift kit had been installed incorrectly and my brakes were fine. Awesome parasail that again awesome people had a great experience at Total roadside. Came in with my Low boy they jumped right on it 120,000 lb crane on it they knocked it out had me back on the road in a jiffy even though it took two Jacks blocks they handled it!! They are bad ass. Thanks they must have good upper management the crew is badass. Thanks Total Roadside

Chris was incredibly kind, timely, and professional when we needed tire repair services this evening. After being told it was too late for a repair by multiple other stores, Chris drove straight to our car within 15 minutes and had the repair completed within an hour of my initial call. Very very grateful!
