Great service and quick shipping. I ordered one item wrong and Total Restroom staff took care of the problem seamlessly. :)
Partial Order Arrives As Scheduled. No communication on the B/O'd items. When/Will they arrive?
I order 3 items one have been delivery the other 3 haven't been ships yet and call the customer service they said support to ship a week ago and haven't seen anything yet, what kind of the store and customer services is this? very bad and I'm not recommend to buy anything on this store
How am i suposed to rate/review you when the items I orderd have not even been shipped out yet? Got an email saying the order was being filled and to watch for future notuices of when it is shipped. still have not gotten notice it was shipped (thus no expected delivery date either.)
