We ordered a porta-potty for our youth summer camp as we were tired of renting one every year. I would love to review the quality of the porta-potty, but it’s the last day of camp and it still has not arrived nearly two months after ordering. I have had a horrible experience with Total Restroom. I ordered a part and was charged for “expedited ground shipping” on May 27th. When I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation within a week, I reached out to see when my order would arrive, and I was told it was backordered several days later. I finally received my order on July 9th, six weeks after placing my order and paying for expedited shipping. The part I received was the incorrect part.
