A quick response and correct diagnosis to our complaint of too much dust in the interior of our home by Chris Marshall of the Vernon branch of Total Restoration led to having a two person vacuuming team come and remove the excessive dust from the crawl space. Thanks to them the interior of our house is now virtually dust free.
They’re quick to get to your place in an emergency, but once they get your signature allowing them to do what they need to do the service falls off a cliff. There were multiple missed appointments and no phone calls. I had to call three times to remind them of these appointments. Then they say their work is complete and leave. Was my first house insurance claim around a serious leak in my basement. Scary stuff! They came out on an emergency call first as part of my insurance company support so I was grateful for that. They're wonderful to work with... no issues or concerns. I had a bunch of other house repairs that were required outside of the scope of their work and I was provided excellent recommendations for contractors and then total restoration worked around the other schedules as they needed to complete their tasks last.
