This company is doing a restore in a local seniors building. One day, Andrew was sitting in the hallway and Mom asked him if he could fix a small piece of furniture and he did! So kind and generous! This is a sign of a good company.
The water damage occurred July 2024 and the final repairs now completed February 2025. A long complicated process with a steep learning curve for me. We had a basement clean water flood and Total Restoration did the work for us. The final job was great and our basement looks better than before. The workers that I met were professional and easy to deal with. The reason for not 5 stars is that it took 2 months to get started and some delays during the work that were frustrating. The work was good and total restoration was easy to deal with.
Total Restoration is incredibly meticulous in fast service and qualified and pleasant staff who bend over backwards to repair what has to be taken apart and and in turn leave it in perfect condition. In my case it was water damage which required immediste suction and drying to save the flooring and basement beams. I would recoinmmend this company to anyone. Virginia Dansereau
