Everything started off great. Promises were made, but promises were not kept. We had water damage that turned into mold last year. Total Restoration supposedly remediated the mold but after they were done, the mold was back shortly after. This company blamed us for the issue they were paid to fix. They may do good work but will not stand behind their work when a mistake is made. Buyer beware...

I’ve never used this service but a Total Restoration truck just drove us onto the shoulder and almost off the road. Absolute reckless and dangerous driving. License plate number 14747NF

From the moment they arrived to assist me & my family in the midst of a crisis of a flood until the very end they were super informative, helpful & just a breath of fresh air to work with. Impressed with the service and help I received on fixing a major leak. Joey the project manager walked me through the entire process and was extremely informative and detail oriented. The work was done promptly and seamlessly. I highly recommended them!

We were very fortunate to find Total Restoration, and to work with Roberto. They made a disastrous situation significantly better; when something like this (a leak) happens and all your stuff is destroyed, there are tons of people who try to take your money and provide you with subpar results that don't actually fix the problem. This is not the case with Total Restoration. Their workers were extremely hard working and our project manager, Roberto, was kind and very accessible.
