I waited a long time before deciding to put up a review. Finally after settling our case with TRI I recommend you get in writing for any work being done that it is 100% covered by insurance. I was lied to by Brian Clayman who works with TRI. Brian who owns Fenner & Gravitz will tell you everything you want to hear about having proper coverage and once the insurance company denied the claim I was left with a massive bill.

Such a wonderful company! Prompt, courteous service, with meticulous attention to detail. I had a flooded kitchen due to a leaky boiler, And they did an excellent remediation job. Duell, the project manager, was very thorough in assessing the damage to my kitchen, and his personable assistant, Casey, dispatched his remediation team immediately.
