I had water damage and mold under my house and under floors of a bathroom and bedroom. I had an overall good experience with Total Restoration. They have excellent customer service skills. I was always able to reach Rock De Leon (Estimator and Project manager) by phone. Both Rock and Charlie (Construction Supervisor) answered all my questions until I understood "everything".
