Total Restaurant Supply has everything. What's not to like ??
I looked up the various restaurant supply stores in Rochester looking for very specific bulk food storage, and Total Restaurant Supply was the only shop that showed their entire inventory online. I really appreciate that I knew ahead of time that they had what I wanted because I'm doing all of my shopping with a wild toddler in tow. When we went, everything was easy to find, well organized, and the items were of very high quality. The people working there were friendly, too. We'll definitely visit again in the future.
Go to a restaurant supply store they said. Find all the cooking tools you need they said. They were right.
The people were pretty friendly and helpful. The store while being jammed full of stuff was organized and neat.
