I have been dealing with TR since about July of 2025, and since then not one single message I have left has been returned (I have to call multiple times to get one question addressed or answered), not one delivery has been sent on time, not one order that I have placed has been confirmed within the timeframe they tell me. I have no idea how a company this disorganized still operates.

I see why the score is so low. I just got my machine in August. I’ve had problem after problem and I’ve never been so tired of hearing that I have Medicaid. I’m so frustrated with this company. I actually cried tears. Don’t wanna deal with these people anymore. Worst customer service ever

I had a wonderful experience. Landry was fantastic in communicating with me and helping me expedite the process. She followed up with me and made sure I was taken care of. 5 star customer service! Natalie and Megan were also great to work with at the Villa Rica location. They spent time with me fitting my mask and explaining how to use the CPAP machine. They answered all of my questions, so it was easy to use the machine night 1. I would highly recommend Total Respiratory!
