This vendor either lies to its customers or commits insurance fraud. I paid a large sum up font and was told I would be charged monthly for the balance. Called in May inquiring when the last charge would be issued and was told June. I was charged again in July and was sent a statement giving notice for another charge in September. When I called at the end of July, I was told the charge would be removed and a note (of our conversation) put into the file. Lo and behold, I see a September charge to my credit card.
