Edit 2: they fired the manager but the only positive worker has been Karen, she's amazing and really cares. I am deaf and have a hard time on the phones the front staff doesn't care and asks them to call. Very frustrating. Editing my review since the manger reached out. I was released from the hospital yesterday with an order placed for my oxygen. I was told by the actual hospital it would take 72 hours. Its the day after and they delivered it today. I am very impressed.
Ridiculous had to pay a dollar to talk to someone
Was billed 5 months after machine was returned and service cancelled. Stated there was an issue from April billing that was not brought to my attention until the bill showed up in December. Very much focused on $$$ and not patient success.
Called for 3 days, left 3 messages. No return call. Gave me wrong mask. Horrible customer service. Hope someone reading this can make a change, lots of negative reviews.
