It is a struggle giving it one star! I was referred there to get supplies for my son's cpap machine. He has Down syndrome so it was important to get this done quickly. Six months later, no supplies. It was months of back and forth. Today I spoke with his doctor's office who told me that Total Respiratory dropped the ball on their end as well. No communication is poor business.
Fantastic customer service!! Tyler was great, showed me how to use everything and explained it where I understood right away.
I had a wonderful experience at Total Respiratory today! Darrell took care of my mask fitting and answered all questions I had as this is my first CPAP. He was patient and kind! I would definitely recommend!
