Rude company hung up on me when I told them we weren't licensed to work in North Carolina. I gave him a recommendation and then he wanted to ask me 50 questions I said I don't have time for . So when I said you can gladly google he hung up on me .
Great work and prompt response to my requests. I used them for my rental property repairs in Houston. My tenant found some water leaks in the bathroom and utility room after the severe weather hit Houston a few weeks ago. I reached out to them and they scheduled the appointment with my tenant right away although they had already been swamped by so many repairing requests. Total Renovation Services was sent out by my home warranty company to do an inspection on my HVAC system and instead of them passing on the job (as this is not their realm of work), they sent a representative out who has no knowledge of HVAC systems at all. I had another inspection completed by a different HVAC company but wanted a second opinion to double check and when I asked about those specific parts to the system, the rep didn't even know what parts I was referring to. Dear Total Renovation Services, Please tell your drivers to respect drivers on the road. Its a bad look to your company if your employees or drivers honk at someone at a light when the light turned green not even a millisecond ago. Also you might want to have them invest into a wireless head set, he seemed distracted as he was talking in the phone and driving. So said drivers’ license plate starts with DTC.
