Absolutely poor workmanship is what they provided. I had them do our bathroom and not only did they not pull a permit ( I wonder why?) they made serious mistakes in the installation that I had to pay another contractor to fix. When I complained they gave me the run around. Not only did they flood my home, but they tried to install a cheaper version of what I ordered instead of trying to do what is right.
