The staff is highly qualified and truly care about their clients. They have a remarkable medical detox program that has helped so many people and their families. Such a great and beautiful place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering using them!
Several issues made the decision to choose total renovation group the absolute wrong choice. 1. Sold me a job and then tried to do substandard work with cheap materials, augmenting the agreement and argued the contract. I dont need that. Fortunately, the contract had specific language I forced to be included so they had to eventually do as they promised. 2. I ordered and paid for the job in November 2013 they did not start/finish the work until February, giving me excuses like, this or that person is sick, we have other jobs... read more
