I wanted to share a heartwarming experience I had recently that truly highlighted the kindness and generosity of Karl. I was in the Home Hardware store looking for dimple board to build a planter box, and I only needed 10 feet of it. We hired another company to do our kitchen cabinetry, but they forgot 6 of our kitchen cabinet doors. We went 2 years with those doors missing and decided to hire Karl to match them and install some new ones. He was very professional and polite as well as knowledgeable. He had them matched perfectly and installed in no time. You get what you pay for in the renovation industry, and this company was well worth the money.
Karl and his team completed a very high quality wet bar for a basement Reno. The quality and attention to detail is fantastic. This was the second project in 5 years with Total Reno’s and highly recommend.
We decided to hire Total Reno for our laundry room overhaul when Karl presented to us some smart suggestions to enhance the design we had in mind. Karl is one of those people that everyone wishes they knew. He is experienced, smart, and knows all the good local contractors.
