I had a very good body toner and acupressure massage. The massage reduced my stress and rejuvenated me. I can recommend Total Realm Spa without reservations.
Rachel is so knowledgeable and kind. This was my first time trying body tuning for lower back/hip pain. It was a really unique treatment method and the first time I had experienced pain relief in a long time. Grateful for that. Will definitely be back!
I had such a lovely experience! Over the years, I've had my fair share of massages, but Rachel's was truly exceptional. She expertly targeted muscle groups I didn't even realize needed attention, and it felt absolutely amazing. I'm already looking forward to my next session with her—highly recommend giving Rachel a try!
Rachel is very knowledgeable in her craft and is also very professional. Her space is super cute, clean and relaxing. She was happy to answer any questions I had about reflexology and explained how the different pressure points in our feet are connected to various areas of the body. I will absolutely be seeing her again for one, or more, of the many services she provides. 10/10 would reccomend.
I did the Groupon deal with Rachel and received a 60 minute massage and mini facial. This was the best spa service I've had in Virginia Beach thus far after living her for 2 years. What sets Rachel apart is the attention she devotes to her clients and the mastery of her technique. She did a great job explaining everything she was doing and the benefits to the body. I'm glad I found Jessica and will definitely go back.
