I have a very good experience with TQ Auto Care on King Street Waterloo. My car had a problem on Saturday morning when I drove it to work a few weeks ago. I found TQ online and called. Tony answered the phone. He was so nice and friendly. I went there at lunch time and met Tony and Gail. Gail was so nice and explained everything to me and suggested that my car break pad and rotor need changed soon. Later he called me and followed up and offered parts for me.
