Extremely Unprofessional and Stressful to Work With One of the worst brokers we’ve encountered. They remove loads without any explanation, creating confusion and wasted time. Their constant calls—sometimes hundreds a day—place unnecessary stress on drivers, even during off-duty hours. Most concerning, they attempt to track drivers even when they’re resting at home. This kind of behavior is invasive and unacceptable, and it really should be regulated. Not recommended.
This company booked a load with trucking company and shorted the transportation company by $1000.00. This is beyond unprofessional and terms were agreed upon prior to loads being in transit. Beware if you choose to conduct business with this company.
