Easy and clear information
Very bad experience with the last load. Was NOT told trailer had to be washed Before pickup AND Before delivery at Carrier’s Expense until after load was accepted. Detention time was listed in the notes on the Confirmation. There 7hrs, updated dispatch during check call as required. Did not pay any detention. Been hauling for TQL for more than 15 years. Very surprised at how this happened.
