Not only your rates are the lowest and I know you will day the shipper controls it when they don’t but you cancel loads after sending rate cons and never pay detention. Worst brokerage ever

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible communication, late delivery and unethical practices. An invoice for a service failure has been disputed in writing since October 2021 and to date it is still not resolved. We disputed in writing made multiple (over two dozen) attempts to seek resolution, but to date, it is still not resolved. We only received communication from the corporate office following a BBB complaint. Please don’t Do Business With this broker It’s been 4 months still they are working on my claim and they didn’t pay for my money They say they are donating 2 milyon $ by stoking from truckers

We are a moving company that was hired to unload a truck in Winston Salem for this company. This company hired 4 guys for 4hrs. My guys sat around waiting for hrs waiting for someone to sign for the load, the driver wouldn't let us touch anything until it was signed for. The driver didn't know who he was dropping off for so I had to search and find someone in this company to come sign so we could unload. We ended up doing 9hrs worth of labor.
