The dumbest thing anyone can come up with is hauling every load in continuous mode. It doesn’t matter what’s in your reefer—bread, vegetables, rebar, or even tractors. This broker clearly doesn’t care about the environment or drivers’ fuel costs. That’s why I always run my reefer in start-stop mode (unless the load has a temperature recorder), regardless of this broker’s requirements.

The worst company to book a load with. They have the wrong guys that wanna be girls working in customer service and want to rush the carriers off the phone when inquiring about a load or a situation dealing with being a carrier. IF YOU SEE THIS COMPANY NAME ATTACHED TO ANY LOAD PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THEM. The worst in the business. They also require YOU to PAY for a subscription with VC in which no other carrier ask for as well so yea DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Not only your rates are the lowest and I know you will day the shipper controls it when they don’t but you cancel loads after sending rate cons and never pay detention. Worst brokerage ever

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible communication, late delivery and unethical practices. An invoice for a service failure has been disputed in writing since October 2021 and to date it is still not resolved. We disputed in writing made multiple (over two dozen) attempts to seek resolution, but to date, it is still not resolved.
