I have spent several years working with TQL, and I feel compelled to share my honest experience. While there are some genuinely good people within the company, the overall environment has been extremely disappointing. The positive reviews you might come across are often from current employees who may be incentivized to paint a rosy picture. Booked a load with this office, (broker Andrew) 09/20/2023. They call me as I was in route to pickup this morning 09/21 to cancel load. And refused tonu. Luckily I didn't make it very far. But bad business.
