I have been in the transportation industry since 2020 TQL has got to be one of the worst brokers I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I got 2 loads this week from TQL received rate conformation and everything. First load they said customer now wants a Conestoga trailer which is fine that happens but the second load I dead head almost 4 hours away to make this pickup in Indiana. Dear truck drivers! Keep away from this company!!! It's a big and the worst company whatever!!! Almost all the brokers at this company act like teenagers, as if you're only working with them for a day. They don't think about the future. They don't worry at all about not getting paid for the detantion, and you'll never want to work with them again, or about being scammed because you're wrong, and you'll be stuck there all day.
