My driver waited 24 hours to get loaded and TQL broker Hayden ByrneNugent is refusing to pay us even do i have emails and recorded calls from him saying that he will get us compensated for the wait
I had a one-time need for freight shipping and used TQL a year ago. The calls and emails have not stop coming ever since then even though I have asked multiple times to be removed from their list. It still has not slowed down. I responded to an email requesting to be removed again and expressed my frustration and that due to this I will not use them again. The salesman's response to the email was just another sales pitch which pushed me over the edge. Will never use again nor recommend to anyone.
