Constantly calls looking to drum up business. They've been told to stop calling us, yet continue. Look at these reviews - MANY people complaining about this, and all of them with the reply "E-mail us at this address" instead of changing their processes internally. No, we're not responsible to go through extra steps, YOU NEED TO QUIT CALLING WHEN WE SAY TO QUIT. Would NEVER hire such an unprofessional company, and suggest nobody else does either.
TQLs calls me in an attempt to solicit business multiple times per day and I've asked them numerous times to stop. I've blocked their number and yet they still leave me multiple voicemails every day.
Hard to get a hold of anyone. I called and it rang for about 10 times and disconnected I called back and when someone answered and transferred me to A/P 2 times and then disconnected. I called back immediately and was transferred to A/P again and then disconnected. That many times is NOT an accident! Wondering if we'll get paid or not.
