Detention at 3 hours free and only $30.00 an hour is shameful! And then have to send multiple emails to even get a response. If you are going to be cheap, at least be proud of it and communicate promptly. Also, receivers forklift broke down, and driver unloaded the load to expedite the situation and was denied any lumper fee. Guess at $30.00 an hour it is worth having someone sit for an extra 6-12 hours.
Worst Broker
Worst freight broker I have ever dealt with. They are absolutely incompetent. They demand that you have a tracking app on your phone so they can see where you are at any moment of the day... yet they call every half hour to see where you are and if you are going to be on time. I'm a driver, call my dispatcher. TQL makes the roads dangerous by aggravating drivers senselessly.
