Its the trashiest dirtiest company to deal with in the industry. Most of the people working there are extremely rude and missing some manners. To top it all, they try to lowball the hell out of your truck rate and they feel like its ok to do so. I cant wait for the brokerage industry to be regulated. This will hopefully get rid of this company and others with similar attitudes

I will NEVER give business to this company. This company calls incessantly, despite repeated requests to take our company off their call list. They're rude and a nuisance. This has been going on for several YEARS! They always act so surprised with the "Oh! I don't see any notes here, but okay." They'll call back in 2 or 3 months with the same schtick. As a newer authority, it has been great starting off and working with TQL. We have done numerous jobs, no issue until this last load. Carrier instructions did not specify an exact location to drop the trailer, our driver called after hours to confirm and was given the okay to drop the load. TQL issues a claim stating the driver did not put the trailer in the correct location. We have built a great relationship but now we are unable to get paid for a load and unable to book any additional loads until this issue is fixed. Very... read more

I really like to work with TQL. I really appreciate that they are helping new carrier to move their wheels on road. I think that TQL has to raise up some better rates on their freights. Rather then this they are all good and I onboard lot of my carriers with TQL. Hey TQL I have to say you thanks for your service.
