Like many other the phone calls are way to much. I have asked many times to remove our company from their system as we are not interested. They call call call it does not stop. About 3 months + ago I finally blew up on them and they told me "i wont be called for XYZ months/weeks" I told them I don't want any calls. Well today I got a call. When I ask you to "Take me off your call list" - that does not mean "call me again in a couple of days and try everyone else in my office". Stop calling me. Stop emailing me. Stop calling the other people in my office. We will NEVER, and I mean NEVER, use your services.
If you guys can manage to not leave me a voice message for a full month, I'll change this to 5 stars. Emails and calls have been blocked. There is no chance I'll ship a load with you again, let's quit wasting everyone's time, please.

Total Quality makes cold calls to my office constantly and they are rude on multple levels. They refuse to remove us from the call lists, and when we tell them we're not interested in working with them, they argue. I finally hung up on the sales rep (Immanuel) today and he called right back to continue arguing with me.
