Like many other the phone calls are way to much. I have asked many times to remove our company from their system as we are not interested. They call call call it does not stop. Total Quality makes cold calls to my office constantly and they are rude on multple levels. They refuse to remove us from the call lists, and when we tell them we're not interested in working with them, they argue. I finally hung up on the sales rep (Immanuel) today and he called right back to continue arguing with me. Other business owners, take note. This company has called my business so many times I've lost count. I have asked them — repeatedly, on multiple calls — to stop calling and to add my number to their internal Do Not Call list. They have not stopped. This is not how a legitimate B2B service provider operates. Ignoring direct, repeated requests to cease contact tells me everything I need to know about how they would handle an actual account.
